Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
This policy explains what information ENMO (“we”) collects when you use enmo.marketing, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or start a project in the chat, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message.
- Chat messages. When you talk to ENMO, our chat assistant, your messages are processed to write a reply. If an AI service is connected, the conversation is sent to that provider for this purpose only.
- Basic, anonymous usage data. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard technical information (such as pages requested and approximate location derived from your connection) to deliver and protect the site, and provides us with privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics.
What we don't do
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- The site remembers small preferences in your own browser (for example that ENMO has already said hello this visit). This stays on your device.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a proposal you asked for, and to keep the website working and secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any record-keeping the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time through our contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
